


PRV Controller
The PRV Controller is the most important and indispensable equipment of the pressure management application. It consists of two separate parts, Electronic and Hydraulic, in a single box. The electronic part evaluates the flow and pressure information and decides the pressure that should be in the network. It transmits all the measured values to the system center with the built-in GSM communication module. With its two-way online communication capability, it receives and processes commands sent from the system center to the field.

A by-pass line is created on the pipe at the DMA inlet. Flowmeter, pressure control valve and other instruments are mounted on the by-pass line.

As seen in the figure, the flow signal cable from the flowmeter and the water connection from the BKV inlet and outlet are made to the PRV Controller. In addition, for valve control, a connection is made from the PRV Controller to the hydraulic actuator on the valve with the appropriate hose.
After all the software and hardware settings are made correctly, the system is activated.
- FLOW MODULATION - It is the control made with reference to flow rate information.
- SCHEDULED - It is the control made according to the set values in the scheduling table.
- CRITICAL POINT - It is the control made with reference to the critical point pressure.
- CONSTANT PRESSURE - It is the control that keeps the DMA pressure at a constant value.
- FULL OPEN/CLOSE VALVE REMOTE - Fully open or fully close the Pressure Control Valve remotely.
